Can I attend a trial class if I have no experience in dance?
Yes, instructors will teach you all the skills you will need with or without dance experience.
Can I attend classes without registering to become a member?
Yes, you can attend a class without registering and becoming a member. Member prices are cheaper, however, you can attend as many classes as you want by remaining as a non-member.
How do I know which level I fall into?
Please check “Lesson Details” page. If you are still unsure, please contact booking@polish-415.com and let us know which tricks you are currently practicing and we will let you know which level you fall into.
What should I bring to class?
- For Pole dance class Level 1; please wear a pair of above the knee short shorts, and a t-shirt or no-sleeved tank top.
- For Pole dance class above level 1: please wear a pair of short shorts (full bottom covered bikini bottoms (no thongs allowed,)) sport bra and a no-sleeved tank top.
- For Aerial silk and hoop class; please wear a pair of leggings or a pair of long trousers, a t-shirt or a sleeved shirts.
- For Pole dance Heels Class; please wear a pair of short shorts (full bottom covered bikini bottoms (no thongs allowed,)) sport bra, a no-sleeved tank top, a pair of leggings or knee pads to protect the knees, and a pair of heels.
- No shoes required for pole dance nor aerial classes unless you are attending pole dance heels classes, then you will be advised to bring a pair of pole heels.
Can I attend a Heels class without bringing a pair of heels?
Yes, you can attend a heels class without a pair of heels.

Can I attend a class without speaking Japanese? Are English classes available?
- Yes, you can attend without being able to speak Japanese. All instructors will guide you.
- Some instructors can speak English. For lessons in English, please contact booking@polish-415.com.
Does the membership require an annual renewal and payment?
No, memberships do not require annual renewal nor payment with no expiry date. You will need to sign and make onetime payment during membership registration and you would be able to visit the studio anytime in the future with no additional membership payment. However, please be aware that tickets will have expiry dates, therefore please check each package and expiry dates when purchasing tickets at the studio.
Do you take credit cards?
No, for membership fee and lesson tickets we only take cash at the studio.
Where is the nearest ATM for Roppongi Studio and Nakameguro Studio?
Both Roppongi Studio and Nakameguro Studio have convenience stores nearby with ATMs located within the store.
