What should I be aware of before entering a pole dance class?
- Please book all lessons in advance, a day before by 6pm JST as some lessons without any booking may be cancelled.
- Please arrive to class at least 15 to 20 mins in advance.
- Please do not use any hand cream, body lotion, hair oil, to avoid slipping off the pole and for a better grip.
- Please do not eat right before class or preferably 1 hour before class, especially for spinning pole classes.
- Please remove any accessories before class as it may get caught during class.
- Please let the instructors know if you suffer from any injury, or illness.
